Techcon diaphragm valves are coated with low to medium viscosity materials with extremely high precision, supporting a variety of adhesive dots and beads as small as a fraction of a micrometer. The internal spring return device can fully adjust the diaphragm valve, used for Techcon Systems time/pressure controllers. Short opening stroke can quickly and effectively close the diaphragm valve. External travel control allows operators to easily fine tune fluid flow. Compact design, flexible installation, and easy integration into automation applications.
The stainless steel fluid casing is compatible with various chemicals, especially UV curable adhesives, resins, and paints used in DVD and CD production.
Diaphragm valves require minimal maintenance and are user replaceable spare parts that are easy to use and maintain. In addition, horizontal installation diaphragm valves and handheld diaphragm valves are also provided.
